Tacky arrangements. High prices. Unprofessional.
I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a stylish potted plant with a meaningful message attached to go in my mother's new office, and when they couldn't deliver the plant I paid for, they substituted it with an egregiously lower quality fern, and tried to make up the difference in value with actual cash. Their substitution policy promises equal QUALITY as well as value, which this substitution was clearly not. Not only that, but no one called either of the two phone numbers associated with the order to make sure the substitution was okay; if they had simply let me know they couldn't provide what I ordered, I would've picked something else entirely. Not only did they neglect to contact me, but once I became aware of what was delivered, and I became highly disappointed in the results, actually tracking down a local person instead of their "support line" and getting them to call back was a hassle and a half. Once they did call, despite a reasonable, polite, and even-tempered conversation with my spouse expressing our disappointment, they HUNG UP ON US. This completely baffles me. We politely requested they trade out the original fern and cash for a different floral arrangement, to be delivered practically ACROSS THE STREET to Fulton County Hospital, and refund us the difference in value. Hanging up on a polite, paying customer who is unhappy with the product is NOT good business sense.

Do NOT believe when their website says, "we go the extra mile to make your gift perfect". They DO NOT. I'm so upset that the message I was trying to send was completely ruined by this shop's unbelievable error in judgement, as well as their ultimate lack of professionalism/customer service. Do yourself a favor and order from ANYWHERE else but here.
