The doctor here is so rude I didn't even get as far as bringing my pet in. I called to ask a simple question and it was awful from the very start. First off don't get mad at me for questioning whether or not I have the right number when you answer the phone with a simple "hello". You are a business and as one you should answer the phone with the name of your business, your name, and then a pleasant "How may I help you?". Secondly, I understand that you "Don't do small animals." of course I didn't know that before I called but I appreciate you so rudely informing me. If I'm not mistaken in order to get your degree you probably had to study all forms of animal medicine therefore you should have been able to answer my question about whether or not you believed my cat had an upper respiratory infection. If not you could have at least waited until I finished my sentence before informing me of such. Will not be bringing my business here again, small animal or not.
