I L-O-V-E the ice cream. The food was fast, fresh and HOT. (NOT the ice cream, it was obviously cold). A large group came in and made a ruckus over a messed up order, management should have stepped in and handled it, instead, the poor cashier was bashed by this group. The dining experience was a downer after that.
Very polite. Got my order incorrect. Specifically asked me what ice cream flavor I would like in my chocolate dipped cone, I tell them chocolate then after waiting because the guys wanted to talk, it was vanilla. I believe they would have corrected the problem, but I was not in my own vehicle to address the situation.
